The brand:

Pear Nova is a premiere ingredient focused nail care e-commerce based brand. They provide a wide range of nail lacquers, gel polish and nail care related skus. They are based out of Chicago, IL and the brand was founded by Rachel James out of her love for art, passion and for elegance, the brand draws inspiration from world wonders, runway designers, and remarkable women. Pear Nova has been featured in a multitude of publications ranging from Oprah Magazine to Rolling Out.

The Goal:

Pear Nova reached out to align on a strategy to build out their email marketing strategy in an effort to drive more revenue from their e-commerce platform. The goal was to profitably grow their revenue while driving consumer education goals forward.

The Result:

Prior to bringing on Studio Maxwell, the brand sent emails occasionally via Shopify and had little to no experience sending strategic campaigns through Klaviyo.

After 5+ months of strategy email marketing revenue has gone from generating little to no revenue to being responsible for 40% of the brand's revenue. 

The Way Forward

Flows is the next major frontier for this brand and we are looking forward to making much more of the revenue via flows and automations to grow this customer's recurring revenue profitably!
