What happens before buying vertical video(s) or photo(s)?

Is the vertical video ready for posting? How many edits will I receive?

Yes, our vertical video is ready for posting on your platform of choice. You get to choose two text overlay phrases, 3 clips, and a transition style of your choosing. We'll enhance the video for crisp viewing on your pages and deliver finalized content for you to post.


You will receive 1 edit round for each video. An edit round means you will be able to adjust things like text overlay wording, clip length and order of clip usage.


Additional edit rounds or more extensive edits will incur an additional fee starting at $49. 

How can I use the content that I receive from my shoot?

This content is yours to use and leverage as you see fit. Want to run the video in ads, go for it! Want to print your photos out? Go for it!

Where do I find my final assets?

Your photos and videos will be housed in your gallery for up to a year guaranteed. We totally suggest that you download all of your assets onto internal drives to ensure you have easy longterm access to your goodies.

How do I select my final images or clips to edit?

We will share your raw asset folder with you so you can choose your final images for us to edit. Edited images will be shared with you via your gallery within 3-5 business days.

What should I do with my content once I receive it?

If you purchased vertical video, you can share your gorgeous video content on platforms like Instagram Reels, Instagram Stories, Tik Tok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.


Photo can live everywhere! So the sky is the limit for that!

What do I need to do after I purchase?

Time to ship your products to us to secure your production date. We place your shoot on the calendar upon receipt of product. 

How do I share tracking details for my package?

Shipping details should be sent to contact@studiomaxwell.co with your order number in the subject and body of your email.

How many products can I feature in each video or photo?

You can feature one product per video/photo.

How will we discuss shoot plans for my session?

We will schedule a 15-minute Zoom planning call with you once your products are received to discuss your content requirements.

How do I handle cancellations + refunds?

We don't accept cancellations once purchased so reach out to us prior to buying if you have reservations or concerns. We also do not accept refunds for content shoots purchased and/or content that has been shared with you, the client.

When will you shoot my session?

We shoot your session within 2 weeks of receiving your products on site. This window can vary though, so we will shoot you an email so you're aware of when we plan to shoot your session.

Will you keep my products on site? Can I get the product back?

We can keep your products on-site at no charge to you. If you would like them returned to you, simply send a return label for the products and we'll get them shipped out to you.
