RETURNS POLICY

  • Returns are accepted for orders made within the last 15 days.
  • Backdrops must be unused and not damaged by customer
  • Return shipping cost will be paid by customer
  • Returns should be shipped via service that provides tracking to avoid a lost package.
  • If there are obvious signs of use, neglect or damage we will not be able to accept your return
  • We inspect all backdrops prior to shipping but if yours arrived damaged, please document this damage with photos and email them to us at contact@studiomaxwell.co within 15 days of purchase.
